People Management

  • Strong People Management skills with proven records of leading and creating engaged teams of at least 5-6 people for more than 4 years.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience in drafting reports, presentations using tools like VISIO, PowerPoint, UML etc.
  • Understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong DevOps leadership and engineering experience applying DevOps and CI/CD concepts in Hi Tech environments
  • Thorough understanding of DevOps principles and experience using DevOps tool chains
  •  Hands on experience architecting any of the C#.Net, iOS/Android, Cloud Native and/or services-based applications
  • Experience working in agile teams and Knowledge with any of the following: BDD (Behavior-driven development), TDD (Test-driven development) and Continuous Integration of infrastructure code
  • Experience in multiple repositories (Github, Bitbucket, VSTS, etc.) and Knowledge of branch strategies
  • Automated build experience in any tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, MS Build, Maven, ANT, etc.)
  • CI experience in multiple tools (Jenkins, VSTS, etc.), Configuration Management and Release Management experience with VSTS
  • Strong background in a variety of environments - Linux, Windows, virtualized, and cloud (Azure, etc.)

Good to have:

  • Understanding of Medical Device Domain
  • Understanding of .Net Framework, C#, Object Oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience in using development tools like Visual Studio 2008 / 2010.
  • High level aware of latest technologies in Cloud, Big Data 

Role & Responsibilities

People Management

  • Responsible for managing high performance team of individuals to create world class medical devices.
  • Strong People Management skills with proven records of leading and creating engaged teams.
  • Responsible for the timely and quality deliveries of the tasks assigned to the team.
  • Work as point of contact for all people related aspects with the stakeholders and review meetings with the team to monitor progress of projects and provide guidance, develop contingent plans, and arrange resources as needed.
  • Align dedicated and shared resources cross-functionally to optimize to ensure achievement of business results, acquire and develop middle to junior level resources as needed, manage pipeline and contribute to absorption of new technologies, processes and methods by making them part of own team's delivery plan and compliant to Quality Management System and Design Controls.
  • Communicating frequently across all project disciplines to ensure project team and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues.
  • Develop Individual Development plans and conduct staffing reviews.
  • Setting up team’s KRAs and identifying the training needs based on Individual Development plan.
  • Develop an environment to focus on customer needs, and an organization that has advanced understanding of external and internal customers to effectively improve design quality of products and services.
  • Develop an open culture to instill confidence, diversity of perspectives and knowledge sharing.


  • Jointly formulate DevOps Strategy and Automated Delivery pipelines and best practices
  • Create Roadmaps and drive strategies for end-to-end delivery through process automation and required tool.
  • End-to-End DevOps tool analysis and selection and define approaches for mix application platform viz C#.Net, iOS App, Android App & cloud applications
  • Drive PoCs and prototyping of new tools, libraries and frameworks as an Enterprise Architect
  • Identify emerging automation techniques to help improve DevOps toolchain in collaboration with various functions (i.e. departments)
