Job Description

The Associate Manager, ProCare Marketing is the market expert for the Service product portfolio across the Instruments Division in the U.S. They are tasked with understanding trends, competitive landscape, product performance, and customer/ user needs to connect these inputs with existing or future services and solutions. The Associate Manager is expected to work in close alignment with Instruments Global Marketing teams to ensure aligned strategies and execution. The Associate Manager, ProCare Marketing will be accountable for numerous activities including the development of new product offerings, competitive selling strategies, marketing collateral to promote the brand, and pricing strategies. This role will also be accountable for engaging with Global partners to provide guidance on global strategies relating to the ProCare brand and products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of related business experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
  • Experience developing product or service brand marketing strategy preferred
  • Ability to develop marketing colateral across variety of channels preferred
  • Experience conducting market insights (Voice of Customer/Voice of Sales) to help determine market strategy preferred
  • Previous people management experience preferred
