What you will do-

You will provide daily functional leadership and direction to the distribution team to ensure achievement of business goals and objectives through consistent coordination of quality on-time deliveries that are cost effective and provide a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance to the Stryker Quality System and Stryker Financial rules regarding inventory and revenue recognition management.  

Additional responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the performance of the Distribution Unit
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives to ensure ability to meet future growth
  • Responsible for the selection, supervision, development, engagement and objective achievement for the distribution team consisting of clerical/technical and production staff 
  • Work cross functionally with the customer service, sales, finance, quality, human resources, IT and operations team to achieve Stryker mission, vision and objectives
  • Set and achieve inventory management, quality, cost and delivery service objectives
  • Support new business opportunities
  • Update and maintain compliance to quality system procedures regarding Distribution
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures (Stryker Quality System, FDA, FAA, OSHA, etc.) 
  • Plan and administer procedures and budgets for unit
  • Manage one or more Distribution Unit Supervisor 

What you need-

  • ​Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of professional relevant experience required  
  • 2+ years of related operations, distribution or technical experience, highly preferred
  • 2 years of supervisory experience, highly preferred
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, preferred

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
