What you will do

This person in this position is expected to bring in professional & process-based management of the Indirect Sales Channel in Stryker India, working closely with ICs (indirect channel partners / dealers / sub-dealers / agents).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This is a HO based position, responsible for administrative & operational work related to channel management processes such as appointment, maintenance and termination/renewals of channel partners of Stryker India. The person in this role would be responsible for the activities as broadly categorized below:

Internal Coordination: Lead coordination within ICM as well as with other corporate functions such as sales, operations, finance, compliance etc. around administrative and operational activities related to indirect channel (channel partners/agents) such as appointments, ongoing operational management and renewals/termination related processes. The activities are broadly bucketed under:

Due diligence




Database management

iWOS (web ordering system) administration

Customer code creation in ERP

External coordination

Territory allocation to channel partners

Portfolio allocation to channel partners

IC authorizations (Both one-time and recurring)

Stock & sales data collection


Coordinate with compliance on new policies and procedures

Provide compliance input on training requirements for IC's

Ensure annual IC certification is complete

ICs of acquired companies

Support regional ICM managers with acquisition integration (if IC's are included)

Coordinate the integration of acquired IC's

Support regional ICM managers in ensuring all acquired IC's are loaded into IC system and standard DD is followed

Analytics & reporting

Analyze and report monthly dashboards around key functional matrices such as IC performance (both sales & financial data), KPIs etc.

Process status reporting of IC appointment/renewal/termination


  • Role would require the incumbent to work extremely closely with the sales team & with multiple departments to drive execution, identification of bottlenecks and interventions to streamline the overall selling process.
