Main activities and responsibilities

  • Coordinate performance and develop customer service employees assigned.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations in customer service department.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and implement effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Assess service statistics and ensure department KPI´s accomplisment
  • International guidelines and projects implementation
  • Individual performance review
  • Ensure Stryker rules accomplishment within customer service team
  • Work as a team with the Customer Service Senior Manager

Education

  • Bachelor Degree, Engineering, Administration and Business Management or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced Microsoft office level
  • Finance and ERP knowledge

Experience

  • At least, 2 years of experience in Operations departments, preferible in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Sector
  • Team management experience
