The Job´s Mission

The assistant for the Talent Acquisition department plays a valuable and key role in supporting the Talent Acquistion Partners across Europe by providing best in class support to both internal and external customers.  If you are passionate about delivering a high quality service, have high attention to detail, thrive in a very fast paced environment where no two days are the same, and have a genuine interest in coordination and organization, this could be your next role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • As our team assistant, you're the heart of the office and everyone can count on your organizational talent.
  • In your role as assistant for the Talent Acquisition department, you will own the candidate care process, not only will you coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers alike, you will also guide candidates through the interview process and be their first point of contact. You will be with them throughout their journey making it as seamless as possible.
  • Working with our travel providers and Personal Assistants, you will coordinate any travel and accommodation for candidates where applicable and manage travel expense claims, working with internal teams on payment.
  • You will support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks throughout. Besides, you will also support them with projects, organize team and recruiting events.
  • In this role, you will hold high responsibility from day one.

What Are We Looking For?

  • You have professional experience in an executive support or office administration role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.
  • You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization.
  • You are used to working under pressure and to deadlines and show initiative and self-motivation.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and 2 European languages (Dutch, French or German are preferred).
  • You hold strong PC skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • You genuinely care about doing a great job.
