We have just the opportunity for you, in the exciting and fast paced medical devices market.  You will be responsible for leading the Asset Management area within the Operations Function in the UK (including new kit build, consignment and demo requests, inventory counting and consignment & demo ROI optimisation).

You will combine your analytical and communication skills to track, optimise and fulfil requests for kit whilst driving innovative solutions and leading a highly motivated team of subject matter experts.

What you need

  • B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
  • A strong track record of effectively managing a team to achieve excellence
  • Have previously managed a team of 10+ people, for at least 2 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An individual who takes ‘ownership’ and uses their ‘initiative’
  • Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win.

  • Team player
  • Leadership / position of responsibility within a team, group or community.
  • English language
