Job Description

The individual selected for this role will be expected to serve as the primary contact for administration of all equipment buyouts, rollovers and returns on financed transactions through Stryker’s leasing arm, Flex Financial. The Asset Management Specialist must be able to excel as part of a fast paced, team environment with a focus on transactional support. 

   
Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for Flex Regional Finance Managers, Divisional Sales Representatives, Customers & Lenders surrounding contract maturity and end of term activities
  • Coordinate shipment of new equipment and return of old equipment in order to avoid overlapping payments between the old and new deals
  • Partner with divisional service departments to coordinate Stryker off-lease equipment repurchases
  • Invoice lenders upon shipment of finance orders & insure accurate receipt and application of funds
  • Send End of Term notices to Rep, RM, RFM/FR & Customer at 180, 150 and 90 days prior to contract end of term
  • Prepare and report out on End of Term metrics and performance
  • Coordinate and distribute future maturity reports to the sales team
  • Responsible for reconciling on account cash and providing direction to the division on how to clear open invoices on all Finance accounts, including the management of prefund lines with our lending partners
  • Manage creation and distribution of return authorizations
  • Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers related to all aspects of lease administration items
  • Ensure communication, coordination and reporting and conduct necessary meetings, as a precondition for effective and efficient repossession of equipment
  • All other duties as assigned


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree


Experience:

  • 3-5 years professional work experience
  • Lease asset management or equipment finance industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, SAP
  • General account knowledge
  • Time management skills
