Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and processes that are required to build, assemble, inspect, and package products in a controlled manufacturing environment using microscopes and small-hand held tools
  • Maintain compliance with GMPs, our Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and company standards
  • Conduct final manufacturing inspections of all assemblies produced by self or others
  • Maintains all manufacturing and quality records (GDP); accurately and legibly records required information
  • Supports Engineers, Technicians and/or Supervisor to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
  • Seeks cross-training opportunities and proactively seeks out additional tasks
  • Receives direction from Production Supervisor, may assist Supervisor in resolving issues
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience required - medical device clean room experience required

  • Ability to read/write/understand product documentation and specification drawings written in English.
  • Ability to actively participate in a teamwork environment that maintains a high performance culture
  • Successful completion of all job-related tests required to perform essential functions of the job
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to use small measuring devices and gauges
  • Basic computer entry/retrieval skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to provide concentrated visual and mental attention
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
