Job Description

•    Manufacture sub assemblies and medical devices to meet specifications.
•    Ensure that all training and documentation is properly completed and that QA is kept informed of any non-conformance.
•    Support all other departments as assigned.
•    Assist with the manufacturing phase-in of new products or product changes. Train other assemblers as requested.
•    Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work area.
•    Maintain close cooperation with Operations, R&D and Quality Assurance in determining and completing assignments and providing feedback.
•    Assist with laboratory testing protocols and document results.
•    Assist engineers and technicians with building of prototypes and commercial devices
•    Proficient with small hand tools
•    Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Quality System Regulation (Good Manufacturing Practices), performance management programs, and FDA regulations.
•    Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

•    Knowledge of working in a clean room environment
•    Proficient with small hand tools
•    Proficient working under a microscope
•    Dexterity and attention to detail
•    Proficient at soldering mechanical parts together


•    High School graduate equivalent required.
•    Minimum 2 years related experience in the medical device industry.
•    Ability to read and write English.
