Opportunities Available

As an Integrated Marketing Designer intern at Stryker, you will:
  • Design and produce graphics and visuals for company events, trade shows, product launches, promotions, business reviews, posters and other materials (includes concepts, layouts and final artwork).
  • Proof and edit materials as requested to ensure all visual work follows the company’s brand identity, image and aspirations.
  • Participate in brainstorming and visual collateral development.
  • Develop, draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, as well as other technical/graphic tools.
  • Assist in the photography of products, people and other assets as needed for collateral.
  • Execute other responsibilities and special projects as directed

Job Requirements

What You Need
  • Pursuing a degree in graphic design, marketing or related field preferred. We will only consider students who plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after their summer
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and also will be verified during background check in the spring
  • Must be a permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen
  • Basic knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration and verbal and written communication.
  • Basic knowledge of design, web and multimedia applications (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Ability to create design pieces quickly and efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of marketing planning, branding and execution.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Assertiveness, polite and positive attitude.
  • Capacity to function semi-autonomously and support brand development.
