What You Will Do:

  • Direct and manage the workflow and product of engineers within the scope of assigned research and NPDP projects
  • Manage development controls within the New Product Development Process
  • Demonstrate superior technical communication skills. Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products. Assist in segments of complex technology development teams
  • Responsible for resource planning including work load allocation and capacity planning to help determine project sequencing in the program
  • Applies knowledge of project management processes, communication, and collaboration within the defined team
  • Coordinates project status updates for management, records action items and reports on follow up

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering discipline
  • PMP or scrum master certification preferred
  • 7+ yrs. experience within medical device or other regulated industry. Cross-functional experience preferred
  • 3+ years demonstrated project management experience in more than one discipline (RA/QA, R&D, Operations, etc.)   
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects in more than one geographical location, in a regulated environment to successful completion
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills across functional organizations such as software, system design, platform, and test teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in the effective application of project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
