Senior Analyst - Sales Operations in Leesburg, VA at Stryker Corporation

This position will be joining our Sales Operations team within our Spine Division. Currently, our Spine Division has revenue of approximately $600M in a very dynamic market. This position will be responsible for processing and reporting compensation for the Spine Sales Force.  The position will also be responsible for reporting aspects relating to sales rep performance.

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation and payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions
  • Partner with Sales and Finance Leaders to administer compensation plans for both our direct and indirect selling channels
  • Review, assess, and process territory alignment changes through partnerships with sales leadership
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
  • Collaborate with the Sales Finance team in multiple facets and support needs during the planning and close processes, particularly relating to Commission Expense
  • Assist both Finance and Sales management teams with ad hoc analysis on sales rep performance and other sales information
  • 1-2 years experience in an Accounting/Finance role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Access
  • Experience with Cognos, Xactly, JDE, SAP, Oracle Microsoft PowerBI a plus
  • Strong communication skills, drive for results, and customer focus
  • Strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, financial project management, and prioritize workload
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Desire to partner with the sales force and meet internal customer needs
  • Ability to prepare financial information in a manner that is clear and concise
