In line with our strategy to strengthen our talent Stryker are delighted to announce that Surgical Europe will hire various Sales Representatives - Surgical Technologies across Europe. This role covers the whole of the South West of England (Somerset, Dorset, Cornwall & Devon) and South Wales.

What’s required?          

  • Driving License: You must have a full, valid EU Driving License
  • Academic Requirements: University degree (any) – Marketing, Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business or Engineering degree desirable.
  • Language Requirements: You must be a native speaker of the country you are applying for and have excellent fluency in English.
  • IT Skills: You must have excellent skills in MS Office including Excel.
  • Experience: you have 3-5years of very successful sales experience in highly customer focused company

Key Activities & Accountabilities 

  • Driving growth in the territory through active and constant customer engagement
  • Customer selection, targeted sales approach
  • Plan and execute on a quarterly an annual business plan.  Strong management of existing revenue streams and customers as well as driving acquisition across the territory generating growth.
  • Efficient control of all resources and materials in his/her territory (demo kit)
  • Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
  • Ensuring products are sold and revenue gains are established within the limits of in-house guidelines,
  • Achieving the sales and financial targets for the territory
  • Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM’s and PM’s to ensure this is within the desired company bands.
  • Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners and managers where required.
  • In-theatre knowledge and support where required
  • Completing quotes / reporting as and when required
  • Support in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational labs
