Oversees the technical support of company customers by field engineers, technicians, and support specialists, who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, sophisticated computer systems, software systems/applications, or networking and wireless networking systems. Supervises engineers that respond to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or fix problems in non-functioning equipment systems or software. Establishes and maintains lines of communication with design engineering and software development on design, reliability and maintenance issues. Ensures that engineers are current with the latest upgrades and/or new releases. May be involved in customer installation and training programs. 

  • Responsible for managing inside service group comprised of:
    • Depot Repair
    • Trials Repair
    • ProCare Revitalize
    • National PM Projects
    • Global Hold Repairs
    • Wireless Upgrades and Install
  • Manage the P/L of all group activities
  • Manage team to group specific metrics
    • Revitalize Revenue Projections
    • Depot Repair Cost
    • PM Savings
    • Trail Revenue Projections
  • Cultivate highly engaged employees.
  • Consistently communicate strategy, vision, metrics and achievements for Depot Business.
  • Build and sustain the relationship with production operations for our Special Ops Team
  • Strategically build on already established programs for revenue growth and cost savings
  • Responsible for organizational communication to the field for all quality global holds and scope completion
  • Responsible for determining team size and work load
  • Investigate and identify new products supportable by Depot Repair
  • Work with Sales Ops and Marketing teams to identify Revitalize opportunities and provide a cost analysis to determine margin viability for Finance
  • Maintain relationship with the Kenco Regional Distribution Network for trial repairs and global hold repairs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with depot customers
  • Develop talent within the team framework
  • Assist with ProCare Operations needs as described by the Senior ProCare Operations Manager
  • Ensure all training and procedures are established for work


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Project and/or project management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
