As the HR Coordinator you are pivotal to the success of our employee journey, from pre join to onboarding and beyond.  Your attention to detail and your love of problem solving and solution finding along with your outstanding customer focus is just what we are looking for.

Here is just a small taste of the kinds of things you would be involved with, or taking ownership for:

  • Employee preboarding & onboarding, including contracts, DBS checks, working with IT and payroll, and facilitating our induction programme.
  • Reporting & statistics
  • HR administrative support to the wider HR team, including HR Managers, payroll and compensation and benefits
  • General communications to all employees
  • Ad-hoc project work

What you need

  • Administration background essential, HR / PA experience preferred
  • High attention to detail, including numeracy and accuracy
  • Ability to be focused as well as flexible, with strong prioritisation skills
  • Customer oriented, service in in your DNA
  • Action oriented approach, with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
  • Experience of working in a fast paced highly matrixed environment preferred
  • Interest in HR, possibly working toward Certificate in Personnel Practice or CIPD Part I would be an advantage
