What you will do:

This position will provide the full spectrum of administrative support to one or more departments/functions within assigned business unit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

  • Provide administrative support for assigned leader(s)
  • Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for use in documents such as email, communications, presentations and business reviews.  Proofread and edit documents, providing accurate feedback on grammar & spelling
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and take an active team player role
  • Build effective working partnership with members of the team, as well as, across teams in the business, function and company
  • Schedule meetings, secure facilities/equipment and prepare meeting materials both on and offsite
  • Manage calendar for assigned leader(s) as needed
  • Process invoices and department expenses for approval; track and reconcile to departmental budget
  • Process expense reports, as requested
  • Generate, route and file required documents according to prescribed schedules and processes
  • Format, generate and route reports according to proscribed schedules
  • Present general departmental information in small meetings, where applicable
  • Plan and coordinate travel for team members, where applicable
  • Enter, administer and review systems data, as required
  • Manage department orders for office supplies as needed
  • Support other administrative support team members as needed

What you need:

High school diploma

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ year experience, with experience preferred in an administrative position in a corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation and presentation creation.  Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook e-mail and calendaring system. 
  • Experience using Workday would be preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions
  • Proven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines.
  • Must be outcome driven and taking responsibility/accountability for tasks
  • Ability to produce quality work while, prioritizing multiple simultaneous deliverables and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with both internal and also cross-functional teams

  • Ability to provide rapid, accurate response to confidential/sensitive requests and to handle confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with presentation, written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Effectively facilitate discussions with and deliver communications to large groups of people.
  • Communicate telephonically and via email and other electronic means.
  • Ability to effectively navigate Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
