Position summary:

This role focuses on product portfolios management, knowledge supporting and branding programs to grow and promote business in PRC. Major duties will include but not limit to portfolios management, promoting Stryker products to surgeons, KOLs maintenance, and increasing market share to better serve patients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

  • Work with marketing manager to devise annul marketing plan including marketing activities, product phase-in/phase-out plan, product promotions, advertising, KOL development, and customer symposium
  • Ensure the highest standard of product knowledge of the sales force by organizing and providing regular product training
  • Develop selling tools such as product presentations, features & benefits, and competition comparisons for the sales team
  • Provide field sales supports and handle product enquiry from sales teams and dealers
  • Monitor closely the product sales performance record, provide analysis & action plan on improvements in terms of product mix
  • Develop marketing communication materials such as product bulletin, product brochures and update of company website
  • Work closely with RAQA team on regulatory matters, such as new product registration, product translation and product quality issues
  • Perform market research including identify customer needs, collect competitors’ information, study industry and market trends, provide market analysis and identify market opportunities
  • Compliant to Stryker Code of conduct and other corporate policies. Adherent to applicable local laws and industry code of ethics including but not limited to FCPA, AdvaMed Code of Ethics. Do the right things and do things right.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, prefer major  in Medicine, or medical related
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing role will be a plus

  • Proficient in both written & spoken English
