仕事内容

Mission

To partner with and support the European Education Manager in designing and delivering both external and internal Medical Education programmes to a high standard.

 

Key Responsibilities

External

Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive cadaver lab training platform in line with the business need of training customers on the safe and effective use of Stryker products.

Support the organisational and executional (on-site) aspects of Spine Medical Education events, be prepared to supervise cadaver lab set up and event execution

Interact with key stakeholders: customers, faculty, third party suppliers, internal team.
Responsible for pre and post course surveys and follow up to ensure learning has been achieved
Develop a standard course process: including the creation of agendas, faculty interactions, program evaluations, etc.

Support and coordinate network meeting events: Complex Spine Network and Great Debate

Interact with country Education Managers and PMs to coordinate EU/local MedEd programmes

Help support the S2S/PEAK programmes

Support the deployment of the flying Dr. initiative across key European sites.

Internal

Support the Cross Training initiative, ensure the sales force has access to information and required tests

Responsible for online training tools: iLearn, Aleggo, Qstream

Coordinate the design and delivery of the 201 courses for Basic Spine training

Help to build a Deformity Training plan for sales team

Design appropriate metrics to track success of training including reporting

Assist with management of Product Training events through ordering of equipment, lab materials, onsite execution and post-course communication

Expectations

  • Become a valued member of the Central Marketing team and help to deliver the AMP
  • Enthusiasm to drive Medical Education projects/programmes forward
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team oriented environment
  • Relationship-building skills is key: demonstrated ability to work well with HCPs and internal colleagues, including Brand Managers and country Product Managers
  • Effective project management skills
  • Knowledge of Stryker Spine products is a plus
  • Travel: up to 40%- 60%.

Background

  • BSc in marketing/economic is desirable
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Digital fluency is highly required
  • Marketing professional background, minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device Industry
  • Experience of designing, planning and executing education events.

Stryker Spine/K2M product knowledge is a plus.
