The goal of this position is to be the influencer that is driven to succeed by using the appropriate account plan for the Mako robotics business within Belgium.

You’re resilient and persistent and will stop at nothing to live out Stryker’s Mako mission to make healthcare better.

This position reports to the National Sales Manager Belgium Joint Replacement.                              

What you will do:

You pursue new business opportunities and will be building strong and personal relationships with key decision makers within MAKO. You analyze the market and advise the National Sales manager in strategic plan of expanding the robotic market for Stryker Belgium.

We offer you training and expected study and prepare independently to perform at the highest level, working amongst surgeons and healthcare professionals. The expectations are challenging yet rewarding.

  • You will steer full implementation process of MAKO in focus accounts
  • You will be coordinating the efforts with all departments to insure effective integration of sales orders. 
  • You are accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications. 
  • You will focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. 
  • You are committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria


  • Bring your energy and sales spirit to build the Mako market
  • You have a proven sales track record in both selling and managing talents with approx. 7 to 10 years combined with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Bring your knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device or robotics
  • Are fluently in Dutch is required next to being fluently in English
  • Bring a strong commercial personality
  • Have a customer friendly behaviour which fitting our Stryker culture
  • Are excellent communication, presentation skills and excellent organizational skills combined with being a team player

Work From Home: Yes

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
