  • Will own and manage the territory alignment process for the designated business unit.
  • Will develop all sales rep and region quota assessment and development materials 
  • Will utilize sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for territory alignment and quotas and follow-up with appropriate business partners to discuss opportunities.  
  • Will be a liason between the assigned business unit to sales enablement, sales compensation and information systems function on sales and data management matters.
  • Will execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
  • Will partner with strategic sales and marketing team to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.
  • Will provide training on sales tools and processes to others as requested.
  • Responsible for development and completion of sales measurement metrics and pricing metrics.
  • Will improve and evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency,  accuracy and sales growth.
  • Will monitor compliance with pricing policies.
  • Will suggest and assist with implementing pricing strategy determined by the division and business unit leadership.
  • Will identify target accounts and outlier prices for risk exposure reduction.
  • Will support analytical needs of division sales and Health Care Systems for IDN’s and GPO’s.
  • Will monitor commitments and restrictions for GPO, IDN and Government accounts reporting.  Prepare and deliver accurate and timely defined pricing metrics for each business unit.  
  • Will provide business support through ad hoc pricing analysis and guidance, including third party information sources (i.e., MD buyline, ECRI, etc.), to sales reps, regional managers and the marketing team as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Special Training: Bachelor's Degree required

Qualifications & Experience: 2-5 years relevant experience required. Basic understanding of business strategy, financial strategy and results, pricing and reporting preferred.
