What you will do ​

As a Business Analyst you will have the unique opportunity to work cross divisionally and build relationships with both internal and external customers to deliver necessary reports needed to measure performance, negotiate a contract, analyze pricing or rebates, and inform business strategy and decisions.  The primary responsibilities include developing data models, reports, and dashboards to analyze business problems/scenarios and recommend solutions.  You will work closely with our sales teams to develop customer presentations and create analytic solutions to support contract negotiations You will aid in the creation of contracts for some of the county’s largest health system from the initiation of discovery analytics to the realization and implementation of those agreements. This is an excellent opportunity to add value as a business partner with our HCS sales teams and join a highly collaborative team with a focus on customer solutions, problem solving, data analytics, and most importantly business insights.

What you need​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 2 to 4 years of data analysis and reporting experience OR Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline with 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with excel and other reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Effective presentation, written, verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings.
