What you will do-

  • Manage fleet of trial/demo and loaner equipment to optimize availability and capital budget
  • Direct and coordinate projects to improve cost, quality and service through project management tools such as project scheduling, resource leveling, and cost estimation and control
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and lead multi-functional project teams
  • Drive and participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Create process for long-term logistics capacity and network planning
  • Audit, trend and analyze 3PL systems, procedures and daily activities to improve 3PL value
  • Communicate and present ideas/business cases, projects, and metrics to the appropriate people in the organization, including senior executives, customers and strategic suppliers
  • Continuously developing expertise in all related quality and regulatory areas of the business (DOT, revenue recognition, FDA compliance, safety, ADVAMed, international trade regulations, etc.)

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Planning or Lean Manufacturing Environment
  • 2+ years of analytics experience highly preferred
  • Advanced user with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
