What you will do

The Sales and Marketing Program Manager develops the vision and strategy for our customer visitation experiences to ensure we are delivering a best in class experience for our visitors, both Healthcare Professionals (HCP)and sales personnel. You'll optimize all aspects of the program including messaging, promotional materials, registration and data collection, program coordination, content, event execution, and post experience communication and follow up. 

  • Strategic thinking and doing. Develop and manage all content for our Spine Experience Visits. Assess trends in the spine marketplace, stakeholder concerns, emerging issues, feedback from programs and potential risks or opportunities. Help us develop and drive strategies that address them while fulfilling our mission.
  • Knowledge gathering and sharing. Maintain and exceed quality and compliance standards. Analyze the impact of our program and develop strategies to improve or enhance the program. Share your knowledge and help us implement solutions in order for Stryker to be the best.
  • Relationship building. Connect with colleagues, key influencers, cross divisional partners and hospital management on the sales communication strategy for sales and sales management on VIP goals and objectives. Work hand-in-hand with all influencers to prove key customer insights to help develop brand positioning and strategy. Resolve complex issues, get past obstacles, and maximize all relevant Stryker systems to ensure the program is operating to its highest potential.
  • Leading and advocating the right way. Share our passion to work together with our customers to make healthcare better. Lead all in depth tours of Stryker's Spine Division campus and equipment for program visitors. Use your unique knowledge and skills to energize our Spine Experience Program, partnering across functions so we deliver the highest quality in the right way.


What you need

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 4+ years of experience in an internal or external customer facing role (HCP or sales channel preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to perform analysis, complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects, develop communication strategies and execute
  • Effective communication throughout all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of budget and expense prioritization and management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross functional and team-oriented environment
  • Strategic thinking, long-term planning, and implement technological solutions to drive efficiency
  • Know and embrace our mission, our values, and our passion to go above and beyond for our customers
