Experienced at leading a High Performing Team within the Medical Devices arena?  Highly driven with proven Sales success? Stryker Joint Replacement have a unique opportunity for a highly driven and experienced individual to lead their Joint Replacement Franchise covering Scotland.

Responsible for a high value, National business segment and highly driven team, the successful applicant will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible to lead the continued Sales and Growth success of the Franchise. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed & deliver against the quarterly and yearly business Budget whilst managing Capital and Recurring Revenue Pipeline Development alongside accurate Forecasting vs. Budget reporting directly into the Business Unit Director. 
  • Manage, lead, and motivate a High Performing Sales Team (8 heads) and support & drive both local & Regional Marketing & Technical Service Teams with both Strategical and Tactical approaches to business acceleration within the segment. 
  • Support and collaborate with Enabling Functional Teams such as Contracts & Pricing, Compliance, Customer Service Teams, Accounting Teams to ensure smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our Customers receive the highest levels of Service.
  • Build Clinical Champions to support driving forward both current and future technology platforms across the entire portfolio. 
  • Understand / Utilize Market Dynamics to support
  • Deliver operational efficiencies across the region in partnership with the General Manager and Enabling Functions.

Experience

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • 5 Years, proven Medical Sales success within the Medical Device Arena
  • Strong and proven team management experience
  • Regional Sales Management and Product / Marketing Experience (desirable)
  • Be Educated to Degree level or higher
  • Presentation skills with modern presentation media

Work From Home: Yes

Travel Percentage: Up to 75%
