You are prepared to travel up to 30% of the time and are comfortable working weekends in a cadaver lab setting. You are proficient with Microsoft products and have earned a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

What you will do:

  • Lead the coordination of educational events where surgeon consultants will teach resident and attending surgeons about surgical technique, as well as the safe and effective use of Stryker products.
  • Identify and assess suitable facilities for educational events.
  • Execute contracts with event facilities.
  • Work with third-party vendors to secure cadaver specimens for events.
  • Reserve products to be used during events.
  • Work with sales representatives and managers to recruit surgeons to attend events.
  • Manage event logistics such as attendee travel and onsite catering.
  • Act as a liaison with surgeon consultants during the coordination and execution of educational events.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of educational resources and event collateral.
  • Partner with other business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance on a variety of activities to ensure we have collaborative and compliant solutions for the business.
  • Travel to event locations to support the onsite execution of events you’ve coordinated as well as those coordinated by other team members.
  • Manage individual and event specific spend to stay within allocated budget.
  • Compile course feedback and generate reports to feed metrics and communications.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, marketing or other relevant field.

  • 0-2 years work experience recommended.

  • Preferred experience in a customer facing role; i.e. customer service, sales, account management, previous medical device, etc.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and quality.

  • Willingness to travel, including weekends.

  • Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in fast paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated relationship skills.

  • Effective analytical skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong decision making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
