Position Title: Joint Replacement/Trauma Sales Internship

What you will do

  • Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, Team Members to gain insight into all aspects of Branch responsibilities  
  • Assist Team Members in warehouse - assembling and breaking down instrument kits, preparing products for surgery, tracking inventory, maintaining records and assisting in the timely delivery and pick up of sets.
  • Learn selling skills, processes and instrument use techniques through coaching/mentoring support from Sales Managers, Representatives and Associates
  • Surgical observation as appropriate
  • Assist Sales and Field Operations teams with special projects as assigned.
  • Participate in business planning with leadership

What you need

  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above and have completed at least through their Sophomore year
  • Must be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen
  • Strong interest in working in the medical device/orthopedic industry
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
