The Role:

As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role supporting the President and Senior Finance Director in all their operational and strategic activities. You will enable them to optimise not only their own performance, but also that of the leadership team and broader business.

What You Will Do:

  • Extensive diary, expense, and travel management for the President and Senior Finance Director.
  • Coordinate and compile monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • General administrative support to the President and Stryker South Pacific Leadership Team.
  • Represent Stryker and the Leadership team when liaising with internal and external customers to organise conferences, meetings and large-scale events.

What You Need:

  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and to meet strict deadlines.
  • Highly developed computer application skills including Microsoft office products.
  • Highly developed written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to show initiative and work within an environment of frequent interruptions and conflicting priorities.
  • A proven ability to use own judgment to effectively manage workloads, prioritise tasks and clearly communicate when undertaking responsibilities and delivering services.
