Are you an EDI subject matter expert?  This is a terrific opportunity to join Accelerate, Stryker’s largest transformational ERP program to date, impacting the entire organization. Not only are we implementing SAP, we are changing the way we do business across the organization.

Accelerate’s EDI Lead is the subject matter expert in standard EDI transactions, transmission protocols and has in-depth knowledge of document processing.  The EDI Lead has experience in a large EDI environment with multiple trading partners and has handled a heavy volume of EDI transactions.  The EDI Lead also has good knowledge of the end to end process of Ordering Cycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with EDI trading partners and Stryker’s business units to ensure stable and smooth processing of EDI orders and other transactions.
  • Setup communications for EDI transmissions for Accelerate Release as required.
  • Provide EDI support during design, build, testing and deployment phase of project.
  • Manage and support all EDI interfaces and fix issues identified in failed EDI transactions during testing, deployment and go live.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource, providing clear and timely communication of EDI requirements including, but not limited to, file specifications, testing process, AS2, FTP, SFTP requirements, production instructions.
  • Works independently and collaboratively with other resources to successfully monitor and analyze EDI files for quality, accuracy.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred or the equivalent.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Min 10+ Years of experience of managing EDI transactions with various EDI providers.
  • Advance knowledge of EDI solutions, standard documents and communication protocols such as MFT, AS2.
  • Hands on experience on EDI administration including creating new or enhancing EDI documents such as 810 invoices, 850 POs, 856 ASNs.
  • Should have process knowledge Order cycle and Logistics and Shipping/Receiving involving various EDI transactions.
  • Experience of working on EDI with SAP ERP will be preferred.
  • Experience of working with change management process in highly audited systems.
  • Track record of successful delivery at the individual and team levels.
  • Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Aligned with program goals and principles.
