What you will do

As an Advanced Guided Technologies (AGT) ENT Guidance Sales Representative, you strategically promote and sell Stryker ENT Navigation products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your products knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in meticulously managing and maintaining your sample inventory of products and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As a Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promotes and sells Stryker Advanced Guidance Technologies specifically ENT products (Target Guided Surgery Navigation System & Fiagon ENT Navigation System).
  • Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker AGT ENT Guidance products
  • Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings
  • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
  • Keeps Regional Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis
  • Provides best in class customer service
  • Will assist in the training, development, and daily direction of local Sales and Customer Care personnel
  • Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products

Experience Desired 

  • 2+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred
  • Capital sales experience is preferred

Education Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Stryker will provide:

  • Field sales training
  • In-house product training

  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Must be able to communicate with large groups of people
  • Must be able to communicate telephonically
  • Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.)
  • Up to 20% overnight travel annually
  • Must be able to drive an automobile
  • Must be able to readily solve customer complaints
  • Must have fundamental command of all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer
