Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast and planning for the total company, review financials and business performance with management.
  • Lead and consolidates BU annual budget processes; timely and effectively communicate plan and forecast to BU and APAC; drive solid execution in plan and forecasts and monitor progress and performances.
  • Provide decision support and reporting on strategic issues, budgeting & forecasting, planning analysis, as well as a review of actual results.
  • Provide profitability analysis of promotion programs & pricing strategies to the BU
  • Analyze new business models, identify business growth opportunities, and work with BU to drive growth
  • Manage dealer incentive programs. Liaise with sales and dealer management teams regarding the impact of different programs. Manage accrual and release of dealer incentives
  • Build an engaged team by providing strong leadership and guidance.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, participate in or lead Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by Finance Director or the management team

Education & Experience:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Qualified CPA, CMA or equivalent. 
  • At least 8 years of demonstrable F&A experience with clear progression in terms of responsibilities and scope of roles.
  • Experience gained within a complex MNC.
  • Strong skills in MS Office suite of products with preference for exposure to JDE and HFM.
  • Demonstrable people management experience.

Leadership (People Management requirement)

  • This is a key contributor and people manager within the PRC Finance team.
  • The position holder will be responsible for providing effective leadership to his team and ensuring that work is allocated effectively, tasks are completed on time and talent is continually developed to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
