Job Description: The Sr. Brand Specialist supports the development and execution of strategic brand plans and product commercialization within an assigned product capability area. This role will leverage our best in class products, and provide collateral and marketing tools to our sales force to target accounts and competitive opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will facilitate the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy utilizing customer targeting, segmentation and product branding & messaging to achieve stated financial goals.
  • Will support Brand strategy development by understanding customer purchasing behavior to align value offense and producing evidence of clinical/ economic justification.
  • Will assist in the capture and communication of product or service value propositions for new and existing products.
  • Will assist in managing product commercialization planning, execution and post-launch tracking of performance relative to stated financial targets.
  • Will create, manage and update process documents to guide continuous improvement and commercialization efficiency.
  • Will lead strategic/ creative knowledge management resource and digital channel development and track utilization.
  • Will serve as liaison to MarComm and agencies for creative development as well as support of marketing campaigns.
  • Will develop creative assets as needed to support strategic marketing initiatives and lead collateral review efforts.
  • Will manage and support customer engagement initiatives.
  • Will gather customer feedback to support the marketing strategy.
  • Will interpret market analytics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Will provide sales support, including training, as needed.
  • Will provide input in the new product development process.
  • May present detailed strategic business plans to marketing team(s), business development and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required, focus on Marketing preferred.
  • 3+ years relevant experience required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills in order to resolve non-routine product issues using independent judgment.
  • Ability to generate and articulate proposals, guidelines and clinical procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present effectively in front of large groups of customers/people. 
  • Strong collaboration skills.

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
