What You will Do:

The Goods Out Team in Newbury pick, pack and ship a wide range of medical devices on a daily basis to our network of hospitals, surgeries and patients!

As a Senior Operative you will have a high level of responsibility within the team.

You will be a key point of contact for other members of the team to resolve issues, answer queries and provide guidance.

You will be responsible for systems management and much of the day to day running within the team.

Quality is first in everything we do in Stryker – so all parts of your role will require a high attention to detail and a passion for quality.

There are huge opportunities for career progression and development for some who demonstrates the right talents and attitude.

Your hours of work will typically be 11am – 7pm Monday to Friday (subject to business requirements).

What You Need:

  • GCSE or higher
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment would be an advantage but is not required.
  • Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments.
  • Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment.
  • Must have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising and organising workload.
  • Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organisation
