What You will Do:

This is a permanent position on day shift as part of a team of 2 in our Medical Logistics Team

Every day is this role will be different but there is one common theme –by performing your role to the best of your ability – you will actively make a huge difference to the quality of our patient’s lives!!

You will be located in our satellite warehouse which is part of the wider warehouse team to assist in supporting and help maintain the Company’s distribution activities, whilst meeting customer service and quality.

If change is something that you’re comfortable with – ten you will love this part of the role – we are looking for someone who will be able to analyse our current processes, suggest process improvements and implement the same.

Have experience in LEAN? You’ll be able to utilise that to great effect in this position!

You will collaborate with and provide best-in-class customer service to our internal sales teams, ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our external customers’.

What You Need:

  • GCSE or higher
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience
  • Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement projects
  • Ability to work to own initiative due to the small team
  • Proven experience of co-ordinating day to day logistics tasks and understanding of stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of Lean and 5S philosophies and Green or Black Belt qualification desirable.
  • Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments. Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment. They must have the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritizing and organising workload.
