  • Facilitates the execution of product lines to achieve stated financial performance targets

  • Works with designated Product Manager(s) to support product line development 
    • Understand customer purchasing behavior and align value offense
    • Produce evidence of clinical / economic justification
  • Assists in the capture and communication of product or service value propositions for new and existing products
  • Assists in managing product commercialization planning, execution, and post-launch tracking of performance relative to stated financial targets
  • Will create, manage and update process documents to guide continuous improvement and commercialization efficiency
  • Assists with digital channel content development & track utilization in coordination  with Sales Enablement and MarComm
  • Serves as liaison to MarComm and agencies for creative development
  • May serve as interim Product Manager if Product Manager is not available to cover given function
  • Will develop creative assets (flyers, presentations, etc) as needed to support strategic marketing initiatives
  • Will lead collateral review efforts related to new asset creation
  • May present detailed strategic business plans to marketing team(s), business development and Endoscopy business unit leadership

Required Qualifications

  • B.B.A. or B.S. in any field (emphasis in marketing or a related discipline preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, technical marketing, sales, technical sales/sales engineering, or R&D within medical, pharmaceutical, or other relevant industry

Experience with the following preferred:

  • Graphic design software for editing and creating graphics as well as developing brochures and other promotional materials
  • Adobe CS Suite preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills
  • Fundamental computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience creating and executing strategic marketing brand plans / business plans
  • Experience managing medical device product launches
  • IT background or Medical Device Equipment experience preferred
