What you will do:

Training & Development

  • Responsible for raise the training needs according to the HR and Business Strategy and Talent Management COE
  • Develop the annual Training Matrix for all organization and generate training according to COE Talent Management Strategy
  • Follow up the matrix: training schedule, attendees and areas
  • Guarantee the training executions vs budget, keeping updated the monthly cost information vs budget
  • Assist Managers and teams in the choice of institutions/consultants following Stryker polices supporting to define in-house or external providers.
  • Responsible for all logistics such as: invitations, room/hotel reservations, agenda, list of presence, air tickets, accommodation, etc
  • Environment / Engagement

  • Responsible for executing engagement projects such as: GPTW – submission all information for the survey, prepare a complete and detailed Culture Audit report, communication to all employees to ensure a participation rate over 80% on the research.
  • Support HR leader in communicating and share Gallup Q12 implementation and results among all employees
  • Responsible for following up all Q12 plans/projects with leaders, locally
  • Responsible for engagement communication and actions/plans according HR strategy
  • Development and execution of communication plan and events / initiatives to support the pillars of engagement and organizational culture.

    Responsible for coordinating and implementation of HR local events/initiatives such as: Year and Quarterly Town Hall meetings, HR Events Calendar( birthdays, women day, Kids & Teens Day, Yearend celebration, etc) and local events

  • Development of organizational communications through HR email tool. Guarantee the communication updates on the boards and intranet
  • Implement and follow-up the yearly internal communication plan: meetings, newsletter and intranet
  • Responsible to keep update the Employee Manual: Org Charts, Polices and Procedures (Quality requirement).
  • Communicate Internal announcements for new employees.
  • Workday Support

    Responsible for the employee Workday support, acting as MyHR role in Brazil
