The Job’s Mission

As a Stryker Sales Representative you will promote and sell a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customers. You will be responsible for informing customers of new product/services. Conduct market research and create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a practical sales opportunity pipeline

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers
  • Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations.
  • Carrying out sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets
  • Preparing the sales reports
  • Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands
  • Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners and advising them of purchasing methods
  • Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers
  • Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training and attending the surgery cases.
  • Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up the collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure that the collections are made at given due dates
  • Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager,
  • Preparing the Congress/Demo materials, using them appropriately and delivering the materials to the storehouse in a sterilized and non-damaged condition
  • Communicating the scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process.
  • Providing support to Logistics team when needed.


  • University Degree or 3 year’s experience in an equivalent role (endoscopy or power tools is desirable)
  • Sales certificate – from relevant university
  • Demonstrations certificate – from relevant university


  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in within medical industry
  • Fluent in speaking English
