What you will do:

  • You manage the turnover of your own territory what means to add value for your customers and frame their current and future needs prior to actual just selling products. Herewith your focus will be on winning new accounts and letting the existing ones grow.
  • You plan self-reliant, prioritize and execute marketing & sales strategies in close corporation with our customers.
  • You use appropriate sales techniques and intern collaboration with different departments to hit target.
  • You discuss offers and prices with key decision makers.
  • You capture and work on tenders in collaboration with Key Account and Sales Management.
  • You provide user trainings and workshops and take part yourself in company product and learning sessions to widen up you knowledge.

What you need:

  • Ideally studies in health economics or medical devices with multiyear professional sales experience in the implant business.
  • Outgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
  • Stamina and self-motivation.
  • Confidence to discuss with customers on one level on economic and medical topics.
  • Strong selling skills – challenge the customer.
  • Good to excellent French, English skills in speech and writing. A plus is would be German!
  • Learning competence - ability to use new skills straight away. Autonomy and good organization skills.
  • Familiarity in using IT tools (ERP, Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM).
  • Advanced readiness to travel + valid driving license.
