What you will do

Lead the different channels of the company in the assigned area, through the sales team in order to reach the projected sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Management:
• Design the sales budget for the different (direct and indirect)channels, guaranteeing the compliance with same, as well as the evolution of sales in order to optimize the objectives
• Guarantee the generation of demand for the timely rotation of products and avoid impairment losses due to expiration through the direct sales force, distributors, doctors and key HCP's
• Ensure through workshops and / or constant updates that the distributor's sales force is trained and able to offer our products in the field
• Accompany the commercial team to certain Surgeries in order to guarantee the good use given to our products, their promotion and, if applicable, also ensure the management of the distributor, market trends and strengthenthe  relationship with the doctors and HCPs
• Use the CRM and other tools provided by the Company to provide a comprehensive management of customers, and to document the information relating to market sizemeasurement, visualized projects and other information to allow the control and growth of business
• Develop and / or capture new direct or indirect customers.
Channel Administration Management:
• Develop a stable and clear relationship with the key people of the distributor
• Plan and coordinate with the distributor all the activities of continuing medical education aligned with the sales strategy
• Ensure the understanding and application of the company’s policies
• Conduct all business and affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Business Conduct, with the highest ethical principles.
Technical Service
• Provide support during the installation of equipment nationwide, and provide post-sale service orientation

What you need

  • Certified in consultative selling techniques– desirable
  • Knowledge in the health system of your country or region in charge
  • Knowledge in sales of capital equipment products and / or orthopedic implants
  • Good handling of MS Office (Excel, Power Point andWord)
  • English  - Intermediate Level
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the sales of orthopedic equipment and / or implants, and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading commercial teams,.
