At Stryker we look for talented, highly motivated sales leaders who will be responsible and accountable for driving the business in the central region through the team.   You will be part of a high calibre, achievement driven sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our clients to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services

 Your key responsibilities:

  • Exceed & deliver against the quarterly and yearly business budget whilst managing instrument utilisation, recurring revenue pipeline development alongside accurate forecasting vs. budget reporting directly into the Business Unit Director UK and Nordics. 
  • Manage, lead, and motivate a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them strategically and tactically to accelerate business within the Endoscopy segment. 
  • Support and collaborate with enabling functional teams such as contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service, accounting, to ensure smooth order to cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service.
  • Build local clinical champions to support driving forward both current and future technology platforms across the entire portfolio. 
  • Understand / utilize market dynamics to support business acceleration. 
  • Take a creative approach to new business development for both current and future technologies and platforms. 

What are we looking for?

  • Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics
  • Successful sales and/or marketing experience
  • Ideally product knowledge in the Endoscopy / Sports Medicine market
  • Self-motivated and achievement driven
  • Highly confident and competitive
  • Strong communicator who is excellent in developing relationships
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong in building up concepts and strategies
  • Integrity
  • Commercial acumen          
  • Languages: Fluent in Finnish and English are essential
  • You must reside in Finland
  • This role will require regional travel and to stay away from home overnight on a regular basis for customer visits.
  • This person will be based from home however visits to the head office in Helsinki & Newbury, England will be expected.   

Work From Home: Yes

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
