We are currently recruiting for a very strong, proactive and very goal driving Sales Manager Joint Replacement for the Netherlands. The goal of this position is to be the influencer that is driven to succeed to build the JR team. You seek out the hard projects and work to find just the right solutions. You’re resilient and persistent and will stop at nothing to live out Stryker’s mission to make healthcare better. This position reports to the Director Joint Replacement.                                

What you will do:

You team consist of 7 strong Sales Representatives with a proven mentality to win! You are the success driver to further successfully build this JR team and market.

We offer you training and expected study and prepare independently to perform at the highest level, working amongst surgeons and healthcare professionals. The expectations are challenging yet rewarding.

  • You’ll represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to identify and promote solutions and sell products that change our patient’s lives.
  • You’ll collaborate with our team to build your own business one customer and account at a time. You’ll identify and prospect new customers together with your sales team as well as continually take care of existing customers.
  • You’ll be responsible for the overall development, implementation and progress of strategic business targets.
  • You’ll assist Sales Representatives in determining the necessary resources needed for our customers to achieve sales objectives and then execute the plan. These resources may include educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.
  • You’ll foster a culture and environment that makes Joint Replacement destination for top performers and a place where people’s careers thrive.
     




You:

  • Bring your energy and sales spirit to guide this team to a higher level.
  • You have a proven sales track record in both selling and managing talents with approx. 7 to 10 years combined with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Bring your knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device.
  • Are fluently in Dutch is required next to being fluently in English
  • Bring a strong commercial personality
  • Get up in the morning to win and energize your team
  • Have a customer friendly behavior which fitting our Stryker culture
  • Are excellent communication, presentation skills and excellent organizational skills combined with being a team player

Work From Home: Yes

Travel Percentage: Up to 100%
