Reporting to Business Process Improvement Leader, you will assume responsibility to drive APAC business transformation capability. You will act as a change agent, drive strategic business transformation initiatives by collaborating with the business leadership to create a process transformation strategy, develop recommendations and support the execution of improvement initiatives.

The role will provide a unique opportunity to participate in the development of a new internal consulting group that helps our business functions transform their businesses through a blend of process re-engineering, process automation and KPI management. By focusing on customer, quality and innovation you will have a direct impact on improving the profitability of Stryker. Additionally, you will take pivotal role in developing capability development framework and delivering training on lean six sigma across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•    In close collaboration with business leadership, identify and define improvement opportunities that support the business’ strategic objectives
o    Provide expertise and advice to business leaders to accomplish the desired outcomes 
o    Provide an active coaching to executives and teams sponsoring initiatives to ensure consistency with the strategy and operational goals
o    Conduct Lean Sigma training program to build capability across the team to manage Green Belt / Black Belt level projects 
o    Generate leads and build project pipeline (Business Development) by ensuring faster turnaround of improvement projects and establishing success stories in quick succession
o    Create and deploy effective BPI branding and communication strategy
o    Deliver the annual BPI strategic plan by executing and mentoring projects having wide business impact
•    Collaborate and build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across the geographies for effective and time bound execution of projects and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
o    Must be able to develop mathematical / analytical models for resolving complex business problems 
o    Must be able to create dashboards / applications using Power BI, Tableau, MS-Access and advanced excel
o    Must be able to develop customized dashboards, optimization models for inventory, procurement, logistics, forecasting, Sales & Operations and shop-floor scheduling planning processes
o    Must be fully qualified and have delivered analytical solutions using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, data crunching, advanced excel modelling, VBA coding & macro writing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•    Strong leader who can work effectively with senior business executives and cross functional teams 
•    Well-developed communication, collaboration and influencing skills, including ability to create stakeholder buy-in 
•    Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into information
•    Must be able to develop mathematical / analytical models for solving complex business problems 
•    Must be able to create customized dashboards / applications using Power BI, Tableau, MS-Access and advanced excel

QUALIFICATION:
•    Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and must possess good training experience
•    Excellent analytical skills with ability to use Business Intelligence (BI) tools
•    Demonstrated leadership and experience in leading without authority
•    10+ Years leading teams in managerial capacity
•    Master’s degree or equivalent

•    International Travel could be at 20-30%%
