The Director of Marketing, Data Solutions has global responsibility for the growth and profitability of Emergency Care’s data solutions portfolio.  This role is responsible for setting the direction, including 5-year strategic planning for our current portfolio: CODE-STAT, HealthEMS, HomeSolutions, the LIFENET System, Smart Equipment Management, and future data platforms.  The Director of Marketing is also responsible for building industry relationships with key thought-leaders in the data solution space and partnerships with key external partners.


  • Product strategy, product scope/definition, planning
  • Collaboration with the brand management team for release positioning
  • Global revenue, growth, P & L management
  • NPD budget management
  • Pricing, contracting, distribution, and external partnership strategy
  • Product launch management
  • Pre-sales support and sales training
  • Consultative role for regulatory affairs, quality system, legal affairs, and human resources
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years’ experience in healthcare information technology


  • Master of Business Administration
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA and data privacy/security regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
