What you will do

As a Craniomaxillofacial Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to sell products that change our patient’s lives. This is not just a job; it is a career and a lifestyle. You will demonstrate the effective use and value of our products by conducting in-services and workshops to surgeons and other healthcare professionals. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in meticulously managing and maintaining your sample inventory of products and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As a Craniomaxillofacial Sales Representative, you thrive on the fast-paced environment of selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What you need

  • 2+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (in medical device or medical industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships, preferably with surgeons.
  • Must be comfortable in emergency / operating room environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business with an emphasis in Marketing or Finance.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
