The Associate Sales Analyst -- to be based in Flower Mound, Texas -- serves as the first line of sales support from purchase order receipt to order booking utilizing CRM, quoting tools, and ERP systems. This individual will be responsible for facilitating the order entry process through direct sales force support and coordination among commercial operations team members/systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and orchestrate basic level customer service project configurable capital surgical equipment project transactions ensuring accurate information is provided to key stakeholders. Utilize the quote to cash business process value stream to including operations, customer care, marketing, sales, IS, commercial operations, and finance.
  • Responsible for the achievement of established qualitative and quantitative customer service team metrics.
  • Basic facilitation of the order entry and capital project order management process by utilizing multiple commercial systems including CRM, CPQ, and ERP.
  • Assist with the facilitation of the international order management processes from order to shipment.
  • Submit small parts orders per commercial systems and customer service processes.
  • Assist the customer service team with required changes to existing capital equipment project orders.
  • Execute internal processes to successfully receive sign-offs to facilitate project closing/contracts.
  • Work with others in the analyst team to provide internal and external customers technical assistance with configurable capital product with multiple tools.
  • Perform various order report analysis with assistance as required.
  • Work in the customer service phone queue serving as the front line for internal and external customer questions.
  • Other duties as assigned by appointed supervisor, manager, or employer.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure adequate follow-up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, analyzation, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate, align, and communicate with other departments / business units.
  • Ability to regularly exercise judgement and exhibit a high degree of expertise both in customer support and defined process workflow.

Skills/Experience:

  • Working experience with quoting tools, Oracle, and SAP preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer support skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce.com workflows.

Education/Training:     

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
