We currently have an opportunity within our Public Access division for an Associate Product Manager. Our Public Access Business deploys an exciting portfolio of automatic external defibrillators (AED) into the ANZ market. Via focussed partnerships with approved distributors we are driving unprecedented growth via a quality focussed, purposeful, mission-based strategy.

Own your strengths:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of Marketing for our Public Access business in A/NZ. You will be a brand ambassador for our Public Access products and programs and will have ownership of the production and maintenance of the tools and strategies that will support the ongoing growth and success our distributors across A/NZ.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Champion the implementation and ongoing execution of the PA digital content and digital asset platform
  • Champion and deploy an online strategy to support the launch of Stryker AEDs within the Australian market
  • Develop and measure product promotion campaigns
  • Provide the sales team with leadership and technical support and current market/product information
  • Support public access and distributor Trade Shows and Exhibitions in the A/NZ region
  • Aid in the execution of the annual marketing plan
  • Proactively monitor market dynamics and anticipate their possible influence on the portfolio, marketing plans and customer base
  • Develop deep connections to USA / Europe Marketing teams in Redmond and Belfast, with a focus on compliant marketing collateral
  • Works with distributors to ensure the brand promise of Stryker is adhered to and that channel marketing is compliant with Stryker policies
  • Create a longer-term strategy to support the launch of data enablement via LifeLink Central

Ideally, we are seeking:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience or an understanding of indirect channel execution via distribution or sales agent models
  • Ability to build relationships and assimilate technical information and communicate it fluently
  • Strong experience in Digital, Media, Graphic Design and Marcoms
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Understanding and experience working across multiple channels and industry verticals in a healthcare setting
  • Actively involved in Public Relations and/or Marketing with an Advocacy building focus style advocacy project
  • Experience in building around “cause” or around a “mission”
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills in order to understand the most appropriate approach to win business
  • Computer literacy including graphics, spreadsheets, databases
  • Qualifications in marketing, communications and/or business

On Target Earning (OTE) is ~ $125K + over achievements.
