What You Will Do
 

  • Coordination of executive travel arrangements (including international) and calendar management for the Vice President/General Manager, Global Acute Care business unit, a part of the Stryker Medical division.
  • Assistance with executive expense reports.
  • Creation and distribution of communications to the global Acute Care organization, both internal and other external audiences.
  • Assistance with presentation and report creation; ensuring compliance with Stryker brand requirements.
  • Preparation of materials for members of the Acute Care Leadership team.
  • Coordinating with other support staff including the administrative assistant to the Medical Division president and the Administrative Assistants to division/BU sales leaders.
  • Coordination of logistics for events including but not limited to: National Sales Meeting, Mid-Year Sales Meeting, Fall and Spring Acute Care leadership meetings, etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate support of all executive staff meetings & events including but not limited to: North American Sales Meeting, Mid-Year Sales Meeting, Fall & Spring Acute Care leadership meetings, weekly team meetings, monthly Acute Care leadership call, Executive council calls, etc.
  • Scheduling regular meetings and coordinate calendars with other administrative support staff
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with various needs (e.g., new hire onboarding, sales trainings, etc.)
  • Assist with coordination of customer site visits, including the travel, agenda and other various meeting logistics.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
     

What You Need


Associates degree or minimum of 2 years of undergraduate education required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience required.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and SharePoint, Skype and other technology tools.
  • Familiarity with expense reporting and travel-booking systems (e.g., Concur).
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of customer-centricity with an eagerness to assist internal and external customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Event/meeting planning experience preferred.
  • Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
  • Ability to provide rapid, accurate response to time-sensitive requests and to handle confidential information.
