Descripción del empleo

  • Will maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for area, ensuring critical and/or confidential data is stored appropriately.
  • Will type, create, and/or process letters, reports and other materials (e.g. charts, graphs, etc.).
  • Will manage calendar appointments and travel arrangements. 
  • Will complete expense reports.
  • Will be assigned non-routine projects such as coordinating internal meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and creation of presentations
  • Will support executive’s organization and leaders with administrative tasks specific to the department.
  • Will work with different departments.
  • Will support Director of Sales and Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Will support remote employees.


  • High School diploma.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Adaptability & flexibility is a must.


  • Bachelor's degree.

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: 10%
