Job Description

The Sales Training Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Sales Training Manager/Director Support

  • Coordinate master training calendar
  • Direct support to Sales Training Manager/Director
  • Maintain calendar/schedule Calendar and general request and sales training coordination and support
  • Drive and reinforce general organization for the Sales Training manager and department

FastTrack1 and On-boarding

  • Manage the process for sending out product samples, business cards, name tags, and other materials for sales training on-boarding
  • Understand and utilize Inkling as it relates to on-boarding new sales representatives in preparation for FT1
  • Run completion reports for Fast Track curriculum within Inkling
  • Assist sales training associate in troubleshooting basic Inkling issues
  • Maintain communication and coordination for new rep vendor credentialing
  • Update, send, and monitor online on-boarding checklists according to role in sales organization

Sales Training Event Support

  • Utilize and update project management system (AirTable) to document and ensure departmental alignment and visibility relating to all sales training events
  • Arrange travel and logistical accommodations for all attendees for training
  • Coordinate and prep rooms and meals for all sales training events
  • Own room coordination and reservations for all sales training events
  • Organize all training presentations, binders, updates and copies to trainees
  • Set up all refreshments, lunches and dinner reservations for sales training events
  • Send out sales training event invites including CLT
  • Ensure necessary products are in room for training

Budget and Expense Management

  • Budget project coding
  • Credit card management
  • Dept. and admin expense management through concur
  • Purchase Orders
  • Appropriate signatures
  • Purchasing
  • Manage training stipends on behalf of Regional Trainers after each field work-with

Meeting Management

  • Technology Support
  • Meeting room planning
  • Coordinate advanced room set up with facilities

Presentation Support & Development

  • Regional meetings
  • Sales meetings
  • Manager Meetings
  • Sales training events

Departmental Communications:

  • Maintain all department information confidential and secure
  • Draft letters, correspondence, documents and plans as requested
  • Establish positive working relationships within department
  • Drive a positive working relationship outside of the department

Other Sales Support

  • Support NASM-MYM as an onsite coordinator
  • Coordinate and/or support NASM-MYM Events as necessary
  • NASM-MYM Registration Desk personnel
  • Maintain copy room supplies
  • Support sales staff, department lunches and stocking in coordination with other coordinators

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: 10%
