Job Description

Core Job Responsibilities:

Conduct and work closely with associates on manufacturing related  activities.  Training activities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • New associate orientation on the production floor.
  • Software training - SLMS, Agile, and Flex usage
  • Regulatory training – CFR, cGMP, GDP, and job safety training
  • Product training – product definition, features, usage, and benefits
  • Machine training – positions & responsibilities, equipment operation, machine safety
  • Quality training - visual and physical product inspections, and defect awareness
  • Validation training - initiate, perform, and document as needed
  • Temporary associate training compliance – initiate, document, and maintain records
  • Job set-up, E-Doc station usage, and operation procedures: WI, PHR, SOP, BOM, DWG
  • Review, maintain, and update assigned shift SLMS compliance records.
  • Communicate daily with production leaders and Training Supervisor on issues or concerns.
  • Assist in reviewing accurate training documents (WI, TS, Posters, PHR, SOP) to ensure conformance to approved Quality System, FDA, and ISO standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a GMP regulated environment
  • Previous training experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Professional verbal communication skills
